Michael J. Lingle
Michael Lingle supports the firm in a broad range of employment-law cases and executive-compensation issues, and he has served as lead attorney on several occasions. He counsels and litigates on a wide variety of employment matters including discrimination, sexual harassment, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, and breach-of-contract claims.
Before joining Thomas & Solomon LLP, Mr. Lingle was an associate in the executive-compensation and employee-benefits group in the New York City office of Shearman & Sterling LLP. His experience working on the corporate side, especially with contracts, proves invaluable when negotiating contracts and severance agreements for employees.
